I bought this for my 6 year old for Christmas. He is a beginner in Tae Kwan Do and I thought it would be perfect for him to practice at home with. While the unit appears to be sturdy enough, a minimal amount of pressure causes the brittle plastic arms to shear off at the base. Three of the 4 arms are now broken off with very light use. Do yourself a favor and buy one of the heavy bags. Another aggravation, trying to contact the manufacturer after the first arm broke off, looking for replacement mounting brackets.
