TITLE Wall Target Review
These wall targets are great. The kicking paddle itself is not too firm, yet not too soft. The wall target is about 19 1/2 inches long (Paddle is 14 inches) and 7 1/4 inches wide. The spring could have been a little more firm, but as loose as it is it still does a fantastic job and doesn't require hard kicks in order to move the paddle which makes it a great tool for kids and adults.The only thing I did not like about these paddles is that the base (the part you screw to the wall) is made of plastic. I purchased four of these for my martial arts school and I'm somewhat nervous that the base of these will not hold up to long-term, daily abuse by dozens of students. But, we'll have to see.
