Overall, I'm very pleased with this product although there are a few points to think about if you are considering purchasing this set.First, the assembly was straight-forward and it didn't take me more than 20 minutes to put it together. The steel frame seems solid and I've been using it fairly heavily for the past several months. The speed bag platform is solid; however, it does hit better if you are standing straight in-front of the bag--if you move around a lot you'll probably feel the difference. The heavy bag is the biggest concern. It doesn't have a bottom ring so you can't secure it from moving around. If you punch hard, you'll wish it did have some tie-down capability. The bag seems of good quality and the you can't tell it is water-filled when you are hitting it.
The set definitely needs some weights to hold it down. Otherwise, you'll end up having to reposition it frequently.
