I love this product! It not only has three different levels (beginner, intermediate or advance), it allows me to choose my workout (punch only, kick only or kick/punch combo) at the length of time I want (1, 3 or 5 minutes). You wouldn't think a 5 minute workout would be hard, but by the end, I was beat.This training device lets me train when I don't have my instructor there. It's a GREAT replacement to target pads.
It's the newest and greatest in the MMA industry. Highly recommended
