Totally pleased with this bag. Was concerned about how hard I could hit it, due to some other reviews, but it can take a serious beating and bounce right back. Be aware that if you do have a strong punch you will need to fill it with sand rather than water, it does take a lot - I got ten bags of play sand (sorry, I can't remember how much was in each bag, they come in cubic feet not pounds) at $3 each from Walmart, So factor in an extra $30 on top of the bag price.
