Feels good when hit. Also works well for kicks. When struck It does move a bit when filled with water (245 pounds I believe).. Also makes a bit of a sloshing sound. I wish I had used sand.
It is a bit difficult to roll into position. The strick surface rotates so we cant use it to roll the bottom.
