If your goal is to temperarily test a mounting site before using a permanent mount, this will do the trick. However, if you're looking for a more permanent solution this may not be for you. The picure shows pretty sturdy materials: webbing, metal rings, etc. Unfortunately what you can't see is a plastic buckle on the back side that allows for adjustment of the length of the yellow strap, thus allowing adjustment of the heavy bag height. This buckle appears to be made of plastic. After about a month of use, this buckle on my mount snapped the center piece of the buckle. Luckily for me I had a permanent mount on hand and just made my installation permanent.
