I've been wanting to get a punching bag for a long time and spent a considerable amount of time picking one out. This bag is very large and more expensive then your standard (short) punching bag. With this said it is also very well manufactured with a very sturdy chain and strong stitching. I like that it is the longer bag so I can punch, knee, elbow, kick in all of the body areas, low, mid, high. 6ft is a little longer than you may think at first and when you add the chain it is about 7ft. I hung it from about an 8ft brace and it only hangs about 6 inches above the ground, which should be considered before purchasing. Since it did not come with a mount, I put it up with an eye-bolt and a threaded chain link. It is holding great. I highly recommend this bag or another Century bag for anyone who wants a quality product. If you are going for a standard boxing style I would recommend the short bag, but if you want to mix it up, and don't mind paying a little more for the extra 30 inches of bag, I really recommend this bag if you have the room to hang it.Black Max Muay Thai Training Bag Overview
