The Everlast Grappling MMA gloves are great for a heavy workout. I use them on the heavy bag, reflex bag, and speed bag. I generally wrap my hands before putting the gloves on, but even without wraps, these gloves are extremely comfortable. The fabric is very soft and shapes to your hand/wrist more than stiffer other gloves I've tried from other brands. The padding is very comfortable as well, and makes for a nice solid punch.
