bought this blue proforce rebreakable board for my 9 year old son. The first 2 or 3 breaks were a little tight but now it is perfect. He can break it with a punch or a kick. It's not too easy, sometimes he fails so I think this color board is perfect for this age group. the yellow would probably be consistently too easy and that wouldn't teach them anything.I don't know if they are clear enough in the description, but the part that you punch/kick that says proforce on it is actually slightly padded. it's very nice quality and slides back together pretty easily.
