i recently purchased this because it came with the 20.00 floor anchor included and would make the bag itself 19.99 plus S&H. THIS IS A BAG FOR BEGINNERS! If you are a serious boxer/martial artist and have the funds then buy a gym quality setup. that being said, a complete idiot can set this bag up in 10min. once setup it is a good starting system. I only have two complaints. 1.) the bag itself is vinyl not leather 2.)the adjustable hooks are plastic so they will need to be replaced from time to time.Great for the price.
