PHYSICAL SUCCESS, INC. produced this superb DVD featuring the renowned MARTIAL ARTS and street fighting expert Rob Rolson(one BAD A**, I might add).This video has a good pace, excellent instruction- the narration explains exactly what techniques are being employed and for what purpose(no fancy terms that one has to be fluent in Karate to understand).The training session is with a BOB(a life-like "person" (manequin))and a punching bag. The video is suitable for the novice, intermediate and advanced alike, and also is a tremendous workout! Highly recommended- you will not be bored or feel out of step with the instruction . Note: Mostly upper body(torso) is focused here, with a few "knees" thrown in(although Rob Rolson is a Black Belt, and could easily 'go there').However any more would be overload, and would detract from the main focus: practical self defense:punching; hands to the face;"elbows";and much more.Martial arts and terrefic cardio/muscle training work out for a "knock out" price. I'm surprised no one has reviewed this DVD sooner. A real GEM.
