TITLE Heavyduty Heavy Bag Spring Review
This spring is about 7" long, and is an excellent product, depending on how you're hoping to hang a bag. The spring is closed on both ends, so you may need some extra hardware between the bag swing and the wall/ceiling mount (I needed to use a carabiner to latch this to my TITLE wall mount). It absorbs and disperses the shock of going full out on the bag.Highly recommended- don't hang a bag without one.
