If you are looking for a heavy bag that can be hit from different angles this is an excellent choice. Uppercuts are this bags speciallity but it works great for hooks, jabs and even kicks. It is a heavy bag so like all heavy bags take care to wrap your wrists and such. The bag is well made and seems stout enough to last many a year, it does need to be securely fastened to a strong beam or equivalent, but thats true of all heavy bags. When you hit it hard on the bottom it will come back down with a jolt but even the biggest of guys aren't going to make this jump off its hooks. Even though it is 65lbs or so it does still swing about some but nothing unexpected. Though it is called a headshot bag it is good for body shots as well as kicks and knees, if hung low enough.
