TITLE Gel Heavy Bag Review
Bag is high quality, but very hard. I was looking for a bag to decrease the impact on my wrists while punching the bag and figured the gel would be perfect for this, but it is way too hard. There is only a thin layer of gel and then it is a normal heavy bag. I recommend a water bag if you are having the same issues with your wrists.
